3.1 Information Technology (IT)

CABA S.A.

CABA S.A. is a private corporation, aimed at the production, industrialization, fractioning, commercialization, distribution, import and export of alcoholic beverages, alcohol, sugar, molasses, spirits, derivatives and by-products, as well as at the commercialization and distribution of solvents, acetones, turpentine and other petroleum products, both similar and analogous. ANCAP holds 100% of its share capital.

Achieved goals:

In keeping with the planned strategy for the company during the fiscal year, innovation remained a key element for growth, having launched several massive consumption products.

We launched a deoxidant, a remover and kerosene solvent under the "ANCAP" brand.

We launched an aerosol and a liquid insecticide under the "EXPLORADOR" brand.

Towards the end of the year, we started distributing a line of "ANCAP" lubricants.

We signed an agreement with SOLVAY for the exclusive distribution of some of its industrial products lines.

We completed he first exports of anhydrous alcohol to Chile.

Regarding the business of mass consumption products, we strengthened the product distribution network by signing three contracts with exclusive distributors.

Our Black Label Mac Pay whiskey and our Salerno Fernet received awards in the prestigious Superior Taste Award competition, organized by iTQi in Brussels. We also received two Gran Campana de Oro awards for the advertising of the Explorador brand.

An article on the "IUDICIUM" program to promote responsible drinking was accepted for publication in the Spanish academic Journal "Adicciones", with an impact factor according to the Journal Citation Report of 1.154.

The Uruguayan Institute of Technical Norms (UNIT) renewed our ISO 9001 certification for the solvent and alcohol business.

During 2016 we plan on continuing with innovation projects aimed at reducing costs aligned with reductions in the cost of commodities, as well as launching new mass consumption products. The penetration of "ANCAP" brand lubricants in market segments where they are not present, as well as the growth of exports of anhydrous alcohol, will also be a priority
