Normal activities for the exploitation of the natural gas field and the associated oil, with yearly productions of 38.2MMm3 (selling gas at 9,300 Kcal/m3) and 12,400 barrels corresponding to Petrouruguay's 20%.

“E-1” (Cuenca Colorado Marina) Area – 5% shares, not an operator

In the context of the restructuring of the partnership agreement signed with ENARSA for three exploration permits, as proposed by YPF as a result of the implications of the new Mining Code which shall be enforced in Argentina, Petrouruguay communicated to YPF its interest in exiting Area E-1, the legal aspects of which are being analyzed by the Argentinian oil company.
